Joking but my God the pollen count is horrendous today. I have had multiple anti histamines as well as my regular preventative treatment which is just not hitting the mark today.

It is such a beautiful day I would love to be outdoors but I am locked inside with the windows closed armed with a box of tissues.

Why not use a face mask? So you can enjoy the day, be outside without suffering .

Have you tried Haytox? My daughter really suffered when she first moved here, but hasn’t had symptoms since she started this. I think she has it once a year, or maybe 18 months. There are a few places that do it now. Maybe worth a try despite the cost…

I'm am currently in yr 2 of 3 of Oralair a pollen extract exposure therapy. Last year was great but this weekend has nearly broken me it is worse than I had experienced for years, likely because I had a sprays and eye drop regime that I didn't need last year and don't have to hand.

Ooh, I’ll have a look at Oralair too. We all seem to suffer some degree of hayfever since moving to Melbourne. Even the dog has cytopoint injections every month for allergies!
It must be awful to suffer so badly. Good luck!
