School craft fair

I'm looking for ideas for small items primary school kids could make in maybe 10-15 minutes that would make good little Christmas presents or decorations.
Any foolproof ideas would be appreciated. We have lots of fabric scraps and can buy other bits to supplement.

little xmas stockings

cover cardboard loo rolls with red fabric.......draw a face on a pingpong ball to go on top...add red hat....
voila!!...father christmas sweet holders!......add decoration as required

Cut christmas cards into 1cm strips, stack (get about 10 strips per card), hole punch in both ends then put split pin fastener through, one each end, open out, then fan open into a ball, hang up as a decoration.

I think you can teach a kid to fold a star or Paper crane. These small stuffs are funny as well simple to learn.
