All you clever card makers - any ideas for an 8 year old to make a Golden Wedding Card for his grandpa/granny?

I recently bought a beautiful card from Jayzmummy for my dh and myself to give to my inlaws for their 50th anniversary. Now I need to get my thinking cap on to come up with some ideas for ds1 to make his own card for granny and grandad - any simple ideas please that will look like he made it himself?

All ideas much appreciated.

Thank you

handprints, cut out and stuck to front put a "50" in the middle?
how old is ds1?

Draw a big 50, get him to colour it in - Add gold stickers or glitter, stick onto card.

Um Use photo of them, and get him to draw a frame for it.

Can't think of anything else - can tell I haven't been in work for a while - art and craft was all I used to do!

Kama - you were right!

Ds has said that he wants to draw a big 50 - no real surprise there - but wants to write nana and grandpa in gold pen over and over again inside the fifty until its `coloured in'

Great handwriting practice too!!
