I'm dreaming of knitting a pair of trousers in a kind of textured pink linen/cotton mix yarn that I have. Can any of you crafty knitters point me towards a pattern please? Ta ever so.

There are lots on ravelry.com.

Wow, Ding, a whole site full of patterns and references to them!! I'd only ever found those confusing ones with a list of links before. That one's fantastic. I've registered and found 56 baby trouser patterns referenced. That's fab, thanks!

I spend a scary amount of time of ravelry... If you search for longies (knitted trousers to go over nappies) you'll get even more results on there too.

Thanks to you ladies and Ravelry, I have now placed in my possession yet another Debbie Bliss knitting book- essential baby this time. Finished the trousers, now working my way through the first coat.
