My sister very kindly bought me Seriously cute Amigurumi for christmas, but it has onyl just arrived, and I already have it!
It was such a hassle as kept getting returned to her so daren't sell it as she would be hurt, anyone fancy a straight swap?

What sort of thing are you after swapping?

Hi BUmper, you again
How are you feeling today, meant to ask on other thread. I don't really mind tbh, I am a real knitting novice (plus I don't enjoy it that much) so crochet probably better or a beginners knitting stuff but I am not fussed.

Urgh, you know, have barely left the sofa in two days. Just generally feeling crap, but want to feel better for the MN party on Tuesday . Have sent DH and DD to Waitrose where they have a big wendy house on display. Not much of a trip but she likes it. Thanks for asking though

As for books the only ones I have are this, which I will never use as my knitting is terrible, or this which is pretty cool but I will never get around to doing anything with.

Wait and see if you get any other offers though.

are you off to the party?
We have been round the park so I am esconsed settled on the sofa for the rest of the day, and i don't have half the excuses you do!
That knitting one looks a bit scary but the freeform one is on my wishlist...

Yes, I was 'second reserve' ! V nervous about having to meet lots of meeja types

I must get my crochet mojo back, if nothing else it stops me idling my time away on mumsnet. I have barely been off it since I've felt sick!

My crochet mojo is fine, however I can't help noticing that my sewing machine is giving me evils from under a large pile of crap
So much sewing to do, mainly for gifts that were 'due' a few weeks ago. Oops.
