i've been totally addicted to making sufolk puffs over the last couple of weeks - they are easy to make and really great for making girly accessories -

Got to say, I'm from Suffolk as is all my family and I have never seen one of these before... Any idea where the name comes from?

Very cute, but I've nevr eherd of suffolk puffs, I know them as Yoyos.
