Where can I buy pretty bags for putting fudge/ sweets on for christmas?

I'm doing DIY presents this year, mostly foodie things but can't find any nice clear bags to pop them into.

Any ideas?

Lakeland have some, and I've found them on ebay in the past.

What looks really nice is that clear plastic wrap (that florists use?); cut out a circle make into pouch and tie with a ribbon.

That does sound nice, where can I buy that?!
