Whizz,those cards are fab.I really loved the green alien and the foil new house.I'm just mad about foil.It's what I started with when I started making cards a year ago and that and shrink plastic is still my fave.Oh yes I also loved the funky flower one so bright and pretty.I too can't believe you're a beginner.My cards when I started weren't half as good as yours!

Thanks Layla, but I really don't expect to come anywhere. A lot of the forum members have all met up today, so some fun and games were put on for those who couldn't make it. A couple of quizes, a secret santa, a card comp using one of the downloaded projects,,,,it has been great fun and good experience to try something new!

That sounds fun Dingle.I have been to the craft shop today and got a template with mini envelopes on so I can't wait to have a go.And I've made one rustic type card with my hessian.I've done a copper foil heart on it with ared gingham ribbon tied in a simple knot.It looks kind of simple.Then I've inked around the deges with copper ink.
