Thats great and thanks for the offer but shes suppose to be getting them in late next week but you know what it's like people describe as things wonderful and when you get them they're rubbish.

Hello all, I'm back home after a really excellent weekend.

I got to FF's place Friday about 8, we went to the pub and then the curry house and staggered back to hers, passed out...

Saturday we had a quick tour round Manchester, Stockport and environs while AQ tutted in the cafe where we were supposed to meet her and FF swore she knew the way without reference to the map, eventually finding our way to the venue and meeting the lovely AQ and her friend.

Had a good few hours wandering around while FF tried very hard not to die of boredom amongst a swarm of very anoraky craft types. Bought new dies for my Sizzix, home sweet homes and circle frames, some special shiny pens, peel-offs, card blanks and some stamping sets for my kids.

Then FF and I went to the pub where her boyfriend was watching the cup final and commiserated with all the disappointed fans while privately describing them as apes and making up our own football style chants (put on a moronic voice and go Siz - zix, Siz - Zix...)

Then I said bye and went off to some other friends of mine in Stockport who poured wine down my neck and tucked me up in bed at 3 am. Got up at 7.30 and drove home, feeling utterly fine having had a fantastic time and a really relaxing break.

Well worth the journey, great fun and can't wait to start playing with my new toys

I really should have gone but I would have spent too much money.
I did buy some really cool 3D stickers today from Hobbycraft though 2 sheets for £5 (picture/words change when you tilt the card)
I'm addicted !
