Doll-making - Does anyone do it?

Hiya,

I am wondering if any of you make dolls. Would love to have one made to pass through a pelvis (antenatal teacher training), and can't find any doll in the shops to be the perfect size. Would prefer a soft body with a plastic head which can turn.

Good grief! Could you buy a soft bodied doll and a plastic one and sort of cut-and-shut them? Suggest ebay.
