Has anyone bought crafty items from Arty Miss?

Would you recommend them?

I have used them twice; both times the service was fine.
Had to unsubscribe to their newletter though because they send out way too many emails trying to sell stuff.

Those e-mails are bad as they tempt me to buy things!

I have used them almost exclusively since finding their website. I thought that my customer loyalty would count for something, but discovered recently when I tried to return something that that was not the case. They would not accept my return because I had torn the cardboard wrap that the item was packaged in, even though there was no other way to open the item. I will not do business with them ever again, nor can I recommend them.

I have never used them to be honest...and the emails are really bugging me now, so much that I don't even bother looking.
