hi Knitters! was just wondering if anyone can tell me if there are alternative wools to Bernat Big Blanket? I am a beginner, and struggling looking through so many options online. I do know that the thickness and weight of the Bernat wool is perfect for what I need. I was just hoping to find a slightly cheaper option that would have a similar effect, just because I am still making mistakes at this point.

Seen lots of options on amazon and temu but I guess the quality is not as good? Please give me your knitting insiders knowledge!

thats kind! I had thought knitting wasn't for me, too slow and requires too much patience - but this chunky wool is magic and grows in front of your eyes!

Have a look at wool warehouse online. Very good choices and excellent customer care. You might find something you like there. Be warned it never just stops at one ball, or two, or even three.
much cheaper and better service than Amazon or temu.
