Glue Gun recommendation please

I am not crafty but I am planning to make an effort for Christmas with a few simple decorations

I do have double sided tape already but a couple of things I’m thinking of making I’m thinking a glue gun rather than a print stick or small bottle of glue may be the way to go ?

any recommendations or is it best to stick to the tape ???

I love my glue gun, I've had it for years and use it often. It's so quick and easy to use. I just looked at the cheapest one I could find, checked the reviews (some of them apparently drip badly) and bought it. I think it was around £7, with lots of glue sticks, from Screwfix.

The only thing I'd change is to have a cordless version, but glue guns are so simple that I can't imagine that much can go wrong.
