DK soft yarn for baby wear

Can someone recommend something that fits the spec in the title?
Im using a hat pattern that’s knit in DN
but would like a soft wool yarn

i was also looking at Sirdar Cashmerino. Silk for a touch of luxury

I’m knitting for my granddaughter with Cygnet just now-it’s just as lovely but not quite as expensive as Sirdar
