arty crafty activities for 9yos - what would they enjoy most at a birthday party?

so far i have thought of (well actually my helpful friends on this thread did)

dreamcatchers
t-shirts/bags or puppets to decorate
photo frames to embellish
notebooks ditto
big sheet of paper for all to sign for b-day child

anything else you can think of?

is my first time doing this and I don't know many 9 year olds so am in need of inspiration

salt dough/clay modeling

a large picture in the style of pollock (best outside though)

jewelery making

Ohh and have an extra little thing because some will have finished one thing before the others. and remember boys (even at that age) are less good at sitting still for long periods of time. Ohh and some have better fine motor skills than others

Are you having any boys? Bow and arrow making?

yes, am having boys...not sure how many...not sure what they might like to do...(must ask my sister - she has one of those)
