Hi, I am in the process of opening a small flowershop & craft shop in the (very) near future. I would love to hear from anyone who makes lovely, beautiful, unusual things and is wanting to sell these. If poss, plase attach a pic of your item and £ proposal. Thanks!

you should put up your email addy and then folk can email you pics

my stuff is a bit random, but I do a nice line in hanging fabric hearts...or birdies...

SpacePuppy · 11/06/2008 10:37

I make small bone china bowls layered with white on the outside and pastel colours inside, more suitable as condiment bowls, don't have any to show at the moment as I'm working for an exhibition opening end of July. I display them in sets of three usually. As soon as I've done a firing I'll contact you. If you want more info email me at leirkenneirda (at) yahoo (dot) co (dot) uk

I'd love to sell a few bits & bobs of my jewellery via a shop - the sort of stuff I make is on my pic trail here

Hi, whereabouts are you in London ?
Not sure what type of thing you are after but here's my blog with images and contact details if there is anything that takes your eye.

I'm based in Berkshire and mainly create soft art and fabric applique box canvases.
Take a look on my Flickr link too.

Sounds like an exciting venture. Good Luck !

Do you need to register a small business ad with mumsnet towers?

MaryAnnSingleton · 11/06/2008 17:55

Hi everyone and a big thank you to you all for showing an interest! Keep it coming and email me direct at sarahmsqt (at) aol (dot) com and I promise I will get back to you but it may take a while as my daughter (4 months at the mo)takes up all my time at present!Tillyboo,am based in Addiscombe, like your cushions but could not afford to buy at the prices on the site!(maybe commission style is a better option?)Your jewellery, Whizzz, is really nice, the sort of thing I'd wear! again, I will be in touch but please be patient, thank you all

Tillyboo, just had a real nice time reading through your blog, I REALLY liked the purse with the horse!Hmmm, we'll definetely have to make this work somehow...and having produced crafts myself in the past I know the time and effort involved and for that you should be justly rewarded - once I've done some sums etc I may be able to offer you a good and fair deal

Hi Sarah, thanks so much. Yep, get in touch when you are ready and we can discuss wholesale prices etc. ? You have my email addy on my blog.

My lovely Nan was a great florist working in shops all her life, I wish I'd gone down this route from school but I was too young and it never crossed my mind. I love my gardening and often pop into our local florist to get my smell fix, just love the smell of florists.

Your idea does sound really lovely !

MaryAnnSingleton · 12/06/2008 12:20

I could only find the one picture of my button hearts, I've done some since with more beeads and buttons on them but the photo has disappeared - might you be interested ?

sarahmsqt · 12/06/2008 15:20

Yep, interested in everything!
BTW what I'm also going to offer is delivery across London. All my bunches will be beautiful and are going to be delivered either in a simple glass vase instead of that horrible (that's what I think anyway)plastic cellophane and/or be presented in tissuepaper and/or beautiful craft paper & raffia with not a tacky plastic bow in sight! Environmentally much kinder and also very different from the rest. A vase of flowers starts from just £20 plus delivery (still negotiating prices at present) As soon as I have some sample pictures available I will add them to my profile, they will also soon be available over the web at "littlebunches (dot)co(dot)uk" Think luscious, fresh , natural bunches with a wow factor at very reasonable prices!
