Alternative wool recommendations please?

Hi,

I’m new to knitting, know the basics but not totally clued up on types of wool and weights.

I have found a pattern on Pinterest which uses the wool in the image. But it’s an American brand and will take too long to arrive.

Does anyone have any alternative recommendations please?

You need a yarn that is the same gauge. Uk terms this is a Super Chunky yarn on 9mm needles however, it's usually for super chunky to have 10mm needles. Stylecraft have yarns that match the gauge (9 stitches to 12 rows) on 10mm needles. Other than that you just pick a yarn you like.

Not a lot of super bulky in Uk.
you could try this one. Is 100% acyrillic rather than the 80% acrylic 20%wool of the original
