Yes - take a look at Standfast & Barrack - loads of quality seconds on their website

If you are anywhere near Walthamstow it’s definitely worth a visit as they have dozens of fabric shops along where the market is. Prices start at £1 per metre and have everything you could want. I know they do upholstery fabric as I was in one shop today. Also have a couple of haberdashery shops.

I'm planning on buying some fabric from here to reupholster my dining chair seat pads. The prices seem pretty good and they have a nice range of fabrics

If you’re on Facebook look at Fabric Station. They sell by the roll, collection in Nottinghamshire if you’re in that area.

I buy from Millshop Online (Northampton) who have a website. In person only- Bargain fabrics in Castle Donington just off M1 junction 24. Ends of rolls from local sofa factories most under £10 a metre, Romo etc. Brilliant.
