Pen refill

I have a pen that needs a refill, I have never bought one before and don't know where to get a refill. I've looked online but they all have black caps on them. When I pull the old one out (it's a twist pen) it has no black end, it's just a smallish thin tube about 15 cm. Anyone got a clue where I'd get one from? It says M on the refill. Thanks

Have a look at theonlinepencompany.com. I had a pen I needed a non-standard refill for (was in a Mother’s Day gift set from my ds and I couldn’t find a brand name on it) and found what I needed with them.
