So I'm making a couple throws as Christmas presents. I googled it and it says 52 x 60in is the normal size! That seems huge, plus I'm doing a continual granny square so it's, well, square. I've just finished one for my DD at uni and it's really just for the end of her bed or to have on her lap to keep her warm while at her desk - it's 46inches square. Should I make my next one bigger? What size do you guys make? These are not bed spreads they are for the sofa, or end of the (single) bed.
