Has anyone made a cover for a rotary clothes line?

Is it possible to make a waterproof cover using the plastic fabric used for tablecloths?

There are loads of them, just search for rotary washing line cover. Some are for it when closed and there is at least one that acts a bit like an umbrella.

I'm looking for a pattern
