Reuse old fence panels-ideas for kids?

We are replacing a load of old fencing at the weekend and I'm looking for ideas of things we could make for the garden out of the old boards for the kids (age 5 months and 3 years) to play.

Already thought of a mud kitchen that's the obvious and also as far as my creative mind goes! Struggling with search terms for Pinterest it just shows me lots of wedding stuff or planters but I'm looking for kid orientated stuff if possible.

Any ideas welcome!

Paint one with chalkboard paint?
Use one to attach gutter brackets to and have pieces of guttering to put on for water play?
If they’re big enough lean two together to make a ‘tent’ den.

Can you make them a little shed-like den? Two panels put together to form a little triangular chalet shape, and then cut another panel into a triangle to form a wall at one end. Cover the ridge in felt if you have some leftover from a shed roof, so it’s a bit waterproof. You could build a couple of little beds inside, or a table where they can have a tea party or play. Hang things from the ridge, even a little lantern if you have one. Could they ‘help’ paint the outside?
