Hi. I’ve just finished knitting a jumper in chunky wool, mix wool, cotton, acrylic. Friend I made it for loves it, but after ten minutes her back t shirt underneath was covered in fine fibres. I didn’t notice shedding when I was knitting it.
Can anyone advise if any of the methods I’ve seen via googling work or any other suggestions? Like the freezer overnight? Or, realistically, once something sheds you can’t stop it?
