A bit like pampered chef or tupperware or bodyshop but with scrapbooking bits.

My friend had one ages ago but i know that person has stopped doing them.

I live in carterton and I think my local craft store had a sign up saying they do demo's, maybe that lady would do party's. You could always try calling some craft stores and ask. I would personally the trouble to a scrap booking party is that it is so varied and there's so much stuff to get. And that the person doing the party, unless unbehalf of a big company would not have much to gain as they wouldn't get the continual custom. Just a thought, I maybe wrong. I do scrapbooking, i've done it for my daughters first year album, looks very good, but took loads of time and money. But was a good project and looks great! Hobeycraft in Swindon has loads! Good luck, adele

I went to one recently, not sure if its what you are looking for thou, as mainly she told us why we should scrap, and why we should journal. She then did a very simple page.

Her equipment was good but fairly pricey. It was interesting to see what is on the market.

Also she did not sell embellishments or paper, it was more like albums and cutters.

The company was called Creative Memories.

I was just on netmums.com and under oxfordshire notice board there was an add:

Kimberley says: Hi my name is Kimberley and I am a representative for a local scrapbook company. If you?d like to see the latest catalogue then drop me a line on 01993 846256 or e-mail me at [email protected]

Think this would be jsut what ur looking for...

Where are you Katz? I had one years ago, well before I really started any papercrafting. From what I remember the was done by Creative Memories.

How about checking out your local craft shops to see if they do anything...I keep considering doing parties myself but it's yet another thing on my list...and it's a very long list of ideas!!
