"Oh, is that for me? How lovely!" Mothers Day Arts and Crafts!

Spotted some clandesting sticking going on at Playgroup today - probably a card but could be anything! SO what mothers' day creations have you received?

Dd has been talking about something she's making at school (she's in Reception). Yesterday she muttered about clay (while I la la laed and put my hands over my ears), and said "it looks boring at the moment but i'm going to do something to it". Lol. Am intrigued.

Brilliant - clay models! You realise this will be a part of your decor forever?!

...Not that I'm averse to displayed projects, created lovingly by chubby hands!

earlier today DS (age 4)was waving around a piece of slightly crumpled white paper and whimpering that the wind might blow it away. I took it and folded it to tuck away in my purse and DS squeeled at me "Be careful thats going to be a card for mothers day!"

I love it - "that's going to be....". it's all sorted in their little minds isn't it??
