Beginner knitting question

The instruction says 'Your last row must be a wrong side row'. Does this mean when you turn it over? Or that the last row you knit must be to the wrong side?

So, presumably you’re knitting stocking stitch. One row purl, one row knit. It doesn’t say from your extract which is the wrong side but yes, once you’ve knit a WS row after reaching the 31.5cm, you advance to the next instruction.

Yes it means that while you are knitting the last row, you're knitting in the wrong side i.e. the reverse of the item you're making.

Yes, that's right. It's a decrease row so they want you to do the decreases whilst knitting the right side of the fabric.

It means the wrong side (the purl side) is facing you.
