Wool shop near Frimley?

My father has been taken ill away from home, and is in Frimley Park hospital. My mother is with him, and is running short of wool for the mittens she is currently knitting.

Complication is that she's using heavy pure wool, and I can't find a shop (that answers the phone) anywhere near that sells pure wool yarn. She's not bothered about the colour - she'll do stripes.

Any recommendations? She'd like to go and choose something in person if possible. The alternative is that I get something delivered to me and take it when I go and visit (she's in a premier inn, and we don't know how long they'll be there, so I don't want to get anything delivered down there).

She drives, so anywhere within say half an hour would be ok.

i did call the stitchery place this morn, as it happens, and was told ‘we don’t believe in sheep’ (??!!) so they def don’t stock the pure wool she wants, but the Grey Sheep is perfect and delightful and wonderful. THANK YOU!!

Surprised at Stitchery Do I'm sure they used to sell real wool way back when I used to go there, but Grey Sheep does sound wonderful, not personally been there myself, but friends rave.

I used to shop at stitcherydo regularly when I worked in wokingham, they had lovely pure wool then. But that was pre-lockdown.

Longacres garden centre in the A30 near Bagshot has a wool and craft section but I don't know if it will have what she is looking for - but she could ring and ask?

There's a Hobbycraft in Farnborough which is nearby.
