I am thinking of asking for one for my Christmas present. I'd love to hear what people who have used one think of them.

Carolinett, I have a soft spot for you

Won't buy it just yet - need to know if I can sell cards with the bits from it? Do you know?

Carolinett · 23/05/2005 19:18

Yes you really really need it, you do, you do, you do.

Carolinett · 23/05/2005 19:18

Sell your body instead only joking

SoupDragon · 23/05/2005 19:19

Of course you need it (says she who has looked at them many a time and resisted).

Having said that, they always seem to be on Ebay at that price.

Carolinett · 23/05/2005 19:21

Seriously they are expensive if you want any die cuts until you can afford it and I have the dies you need give me a shout and I'll send you some.

Carolinett · 23/05/2005 19:23

There was wine in the dribble I think that stopped it going rusty

Whizzz · 23/05/2005 19:24

No - I must not buy !

hunkermunker · 23/05/2005 19:25

PMSL at selling my body - I'd be lucky to get the price of a diecut for it Hey, that's a crafty joke if ever I heard one!

You are right though, I do need one

Thanks for the offer of diecuts though, hun - may very well take you up on that one day soon!

Carolinett · 23/05/2005 19:26

whizz did you read the bit about the thin plastic tubing

Carolinett · 23/05/2005 19:27

hunkermunker you're welcome

Whizzz · 23/05/2005 19:27

Yes - good idea. I probably won't get chance to try out ideas until the weekend though. Damn work gets in the way

Carolinett · 23/05/2005 19:29

Stop boasting HM cos I wouldn't get the price of the cardboard

Carolinett · 23/05/2005 22:03

HM didn't answer the question you asked about the selling of your cards with the sixxiz die cuts on.
As far as I know you can
I've seen them in all the craft shops as examples of what to make and I've seen them for sale made up.
I thought that was the whole idea of cutting the shapes to use as embelishments on you cards.
Unless anyone can tell us anything different.

PMSL!!! what are you lot like??!!

hunkermunker -- you can sell your cards as part of the "angel policy" see here .
with regards to selling the dies and stuff, It says you can make reference to it by text only see here . I remember cheapdies had to take their pictures off their site because of copywrite.

Thing that makes me a bit confused is this:

"Unless otherwise authorized, Internet sales and any reproductions using our die-cut shapes, in any media, are strictly prohibited." but I see these in ebay and elsewhere all the time!!??
