I have just loads of beer tins hanging around and it seems a shame to just chuck them in the bin. was wondering if anyone has a novel idea of making something of them. just dont know where to start.....

I have seen on TV (I think) stuff people have made by using tin snips to cut up old cans. You then have pieces of sheet metal that you can use. What the hell you do with them I can't remember!

stamp on them and then flick them at the next door neighbours cat?

Reminds me of something I saw on the local news recently.
A lady was sewing packets together, like walkers, quavers etc, and making shopping bags out of them.

Get yourself a rifle and practice shooting

KKgirl, I have some bags and other things made by a charity in Indonesia from Caprisonne packs and fabric softener bags. Lots of household goods there come in soft plastic bags, not bottles. But the manufacturers can be *rsey about their brand name being used - absolutely disgraceful, imo, as the goods were being made by women who would otherwise have been on the streets and the packs would have ended up on rubbish dumps if they weren't being recycled in this way.
