Since lockdown last year I got back in to cross stitching, tapestries with wool and now cross stitch people portraits. It’s so addictive!

Just started this last week

I nearly missed a cross stitch thread!
This place seems full of knitters so I don’t check very often.

Love all the pics shown so far. I have got to make that Tunnocks one 😍

I am currently working on a photo for my sister for Christmas. It’s driving me mad so I’m distracting with other projects!

All lovely work. I used to cross stitch bit my eyes aren't good enough now. It makes it hard work.

My projects for the year completed.

Took them for framing last week, which nearly gave me a heart attack with the price.

Waiting on supplies to start the next one.

Mines not very good as my eyesight is awful thanks to MS but I enjoyed doing it

Wow they are all amazing, I've not stitched in ages I am trying to do a 3d Christmas tree from woxs and I'm on page 1 of George and the dragon. I will be honest loved being on furlough

This is the most recent one I did. Needs to go in the wash though as it's gotten marked during my house move. The one I'm doing at the moment but keep putting off because it's way harder than I thought it was going to be. Is a Peter rabbit birth sampler cushion cover. Trying to place it in the right place is a nightmare

So good to see a cross stitch post!! Heres a couple of my most recent finishes, and my ridiculously big current project...!

Bit of a cheat as it's nowhere near finished, but I've been buying patterns from Ukrainian designers on Etsy. I love this one.

This is the last one I finished - lots more on the go though (if you're on the same FB groups as me, you might recognise this).

[shocked] @ChatterMonkey - absolutely amazing!! I so would not have the patience/sticking power to do one that big...

And @pippapoo62 - please could you tell the maker of your Home Sweet home sampler?? Love it. And you are extremely quick at stitching. Hehe - or perhaps I'm extremely slow.

I've got 2 (or is that 3?) cross stitch projects on the go, and a crochet blanket underway...

I have just restarted and really enjoying it - will post once I have finished it … working on a pattern of famous women for the DC bedroom

It's a river drift kit ,I have started another one called Bess of Hardwick ,all 14 count counted cross stitch
