I know I am looking in the right place as I've had some brilliant advice on here on all things craft. Look forward to hearing from MN crafters Smile

I've made a variety of quilted stuff - a lap quilt for my aunt, a soft 'box' for an IKEA Kallax unit for my godson (I'm planning on making a couple more in some really cute quarters I got from Hobbycraft!), quilted bags for friends and I'm thinking of making a new tea cosy because you can never have too many!
I've also used them to make a pin cushion and a needle book.

As someone not crafty at all that sent me off to google. Grin

I have a stash I use for furoshiki (cloth wrapping paper). There are lots of guides if you google for different shape gifts.

Every day's a school day.

At the moment, masks! There's probably a limit to how many we really need, but until we get there, that's the limit of my creativity.

thankyou for all the ideas Smile

I came here to ask the same question.
I taught myself to sew a bit last year and bought a sewing machine. While I can make masks with my eyes closed I struggle to know what else to do. I am so fed up with YouTube tutorials I would love a sewing class.

My only other success with fat quarters are little boxes like . I use them for plants, with a little dish inside.

Try a Helen’s Closet Costa tote. It’s a free bag pattern and it’s super easy

There's a Facebook group (20k members) that I've just joined called 'Fat quarter sewing projects UK' which is only about projects using 1 FQ. I'm hoping to get some inspiration too!

I just made a reversible wrap skirt from 2 fat quarter bundles that I bought from Aldi at the weekend. I adapted from here and added a waistband.
