Hi wise crafters,
I’ve never been so stuck on a crochet pattern before. I’ve tried drawing it out, pulled and tried again several times- i even found a YouTube video but I’m sure it’s not correct...
I’m on round 7 of the octagon motif. I struggled with round 6 until I realised that for all the complicated wording about half completed a DC in each chain space, it essentially meant to do 6 DC into each space.
Anyway- round 7- I attach a photo (sorry it’s been chewed by a friends baby!) - I can see there are meant to be small “humps”- 3 chain loops over one skipped DC- and bigger “humps”- 4 chain loops over 4 skipped DC. But no matter how many times I try it my “humps” don’t line up by the second repeat... is the problem with my round 6? I attach a photo of my work as it stands but I haven’t attempted 7 again yet- If it would help me to post what mine looks like when I try let me know! Any ideas what could I be doing wrong here?
