What's the verdict on these
Charm Bangle
I saw some whilst on my hols only they were really chunky & too heavy (& expensive) for my little wrists, so I decided to do my own version.
I'm pondering doing a school Xmas fayre & wondered whether to make up a couple with assorted charms?? I'm not sure whether they would be too expensive to sell at a school fayre as the one pictured would be about £20

They are lovely, but maybe too expensive to sell at a school fayre.
Could you make them as people waited, so that they could choose their own charms? People would maybe pay more for this as they have had some influence over what they would like on it. (I have no idea how long they take or what is involved, sorry!!)

Really lovely.

But I do think £20 is too much for a school christmas fayre.

I know, so do I really. I agree if I made them to order it would justify the cost more as they would be more personlised.

I love mine though

I'm presuming these ones are sterling silver?

Could you possibly find some silver plated ones to make for the fayre...and let them choose the'yre own charms to add to them? The only problem being that the silver plate ones 'bobbles' would'nt unscrew, but you could add the charms by the jump rings anyway.

I have seen them sold in hobbycraft but can't remember the price of the bangles or charms I'm afraid.

Yes these are all sterling. I don't make much in sterling because of the cost, I could look at plated alternatives I suppose. I wouldn't want to buy many though in case I was left with a load !

found this www.beadsdirect.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=179&products_id=2283&osCnewsid=7af6334ec2a493296f139241 8ee4d73e

not a bad price and do discount for buying a few.

Thanks, I will ponder
