I made one for the first time recently after watching a video and it came out well except that the sweet orange fragrance is very weak (cold and hot throw).
I used an essential oil dd got me for christmas having heard I was interested in making candles but this was off amazon and not a site with a candle making focus.
It turns out that orange oil has a low flashpoint so is probably difficult to get a stronger scent on its own (welcome to advice if there is any way to deal with this issue).
It would be lovely to know where people get their oils that work well for candles.
