Where to buy fabric for landscape quilting?

Hi, I’m after some advice for my mil please.

She’s very good at all crafts and has started landscape quilting, you know, where you build up layers of fabric making a fabric.

She bought some fabric from the U.S. and I wanted to find some for her in the U.K. I’m clueless and struggling.

Can anyone recommend any online stores that sell this type of fabric?

I know nothing what so ever about landscape quilting ( or any kind of sewing FTM ) but I do know a lot of people that really rate this shop so maybe they can help

You need Cotton fabric, try doughtys or cotton patch or bramble patch or Scarborough sewing centre. Search Batik, as these are great cottons for the type of work I think she's doing. In terms of brand Moda are great, as are Kona, for solids. Hope that helps, if you have an idea of specifics, let me know and I'll try to help

No problem, fabric is addictive, she will soon build a stash and there is nothing like a FART (Fabric Aquistion Road Trip ) ☺️

She’s very good at everything she tries and spends all her free time gardening or crafting. She’s painted and embroidered silk, sews beautiful bags and things, but it was the small printed landscape pieces of fabric she was struggling to find. Apparently it’s more popular in the US than here. Thanks again.

Keep your eyes peeled in second hand and charity shops too. I volunteer in a shop and vintage fabric flies out the door as it's incredibly popular with crafters.
