Would paint (special paint obvs) work?
Sticky back plastic?

Any suggestions?

Do you mean those pull up ones that are used at corporate events?
I have painted them, using a spray paint designed to cover plastic and all sorts of bases, from Graffcity. They do an extensive range of spray paints and aren’t too pricey.
I rather enjoy recycling the out of date banners, and use them at the children's events we organise, parties, etc. 🙂

More one that hangs off a fence maybe with eyelets?

I assume you cover the original side and stencil on the plain side?

You can use the back, but you can spray paint over the front too.

Can you remember which actual paint you used from graffiti - there seem to be hundreds

I need white I guess and I can use shapes to stencil? Or marker pens?

I can't remember now, sorry, but I emailed them and explained what surface I wanted to cover, and they were really helpful.

Thank you
