I'm so disappointed.
I'm fairly new to crocheting and I definitely prefer it but I have made a few mistakes. I've knitted a blanket and a hat with no problems at all! However I've decided to follow a tutorial and knit a hat using different yarn and gauge to match... and I've made a massive mistake in not making sure that my project was straight on the edges (like a rectangle) before sewing it all up and now I've got a "beanie" hat that looks like a sun hat :( no way I can fix it. My mistake was: I started stitching into the second hole instead of the first so it made a C shape!
My blanket... well, I've crocheted 3 large squares but one square had a lot of mismatched holes that didn't match and then I attached it all together and it just looks wonky and horrible :(
Any projects of yours you've had to completely undo and that you worked so hard for?!
