Has anyone seen teal/petrol coloured crinoline/horsehair?

Have you tried millinery suppliers? I googled because I was intrigued by your title and wondered what type of fabric you were looking for. Sinamay was suggested as an alternative name for horsehair and that appears to be available in teal from Petershams fabrics at £4 per half metre.

Apologies if that's the wrong fabric.
