What will sell well at craft stall at school fete?

I've offered to do a stall at my grandsons school fete in the summer. I can knit sew etc

I've made some chocolate orange covers in minions and unicorns and some baby cardigans knitted hedgehogs

I've also made corner bookmarks in animal shapes and again minions and unicorns

I also have done some pebble art

The theme is Wild West but I'm not sure what I can make to fit in with this. It doesn't have to be themed but I'm donating all the proceeds to the school so I want to make things that will sell. Any experiences/ advice welcomed!

Assuming it's primary school, dolls clothes would have been a hot with my younger dd, had the best dressed doll in town! On the sewing side, children's craft aprons perhaps?

Wild West? How about necklaces and bracelets with cord thongs and beads/shells/stones? Priced so the children can afford them.

The last fête I was at tote bags sold really well. Can you appliqué? Could you knock up some very basic tote bags (think two big rectangles for the bag, two strips for handles) and sew some little cactuses, cowboy hats etc onto them?

Dolls clothes a good idea, cowboy/cowgirl outfits and maybe a native American one too.

Little knitted/sewn (like ragdolls) figures, only a couple of inches high, would go down well too I think

Yes I want to do things I can sell cheaply that the kids can afford with their pocket money which is why I thought book marks, pencil Pom poms etc

What about peg dolls with simple clothes, a knitted dress or a sari if you had some pretty silky scraps?
Or lavender bags would be quick to run up, sell them as "a gift for Mum".

Hair clips with little fabric bows on them, at the last school fair I was at, the woman on the stall next to me sold loads of these.

Not wild west theme but I used to make hair ties in the school colours. They were really easy to make, especially if you had a sewing machine. Couldn't make enough of them.

When is it? What about those knitted chicken cream egg covers if it's near Easter.

Clothes for dolls or teddies sounds great too- though would need to be quite adaptable size wise. Is there anything you could make that would look like the school uniform? Younger kids might like being able to dress teddy up to match them'

Oh also is it quite a doggy area? I bought some dog bandanas (they slide onto a collar) from our training club that someone had made as a fundraiser. They would be lovely in school colours

Knitted/crocheted/felt cacti are really popular at the moment. Either in a little pot or as a badge?

How about small draw string produce bags to use instead of plastic bags in the supermarket?

I made some waxed wraps last year but that was a hell of a task and I swore I would never do it again. I advertised them on the school Facebook site and the Eco Schools Committee (kids) knew all about them so sent their Mums to buy them. We made around £300 as I sold them for the same price as you could get them on amazon but used non printed fabric and 3 all the same size sold for £15 each. They are not as good as the bought ones as they are a bit too sticky but they all sold less than half way through the day.

You could also run a 'mend your old clothes' part of the stall.

Drawstring bags in funky fabrics, maybe for shoes or tackies or little cross body bags, kids love those to carry their treasures about in?
