Isn't hobbycraft normally pricey? (or is just all craft stuff pricey? )

I think Hobbycraft can be expensive.

Tissue paper is probably cheap from Baker Ross. Depends what you want to do with it [intrigued]

Nappy bouquets

The Works quite often have cheap craft goodies. Cellophane I have only seen cheap in a florist suppliers. Tissue you can pick up cheap in ELC I think.
