During the summer hols I was thinking of geting some acrylic paints and a few ceramic bits,(a train if I can find one, butterflies, etc) for the kids to paint (and me. Ive had a look on the web but realise its not going to be cheap. Can anyone recommend a site that has a good selection off cheap little bits and a good selection of paint colours. We have been to a ceramic painting shop before and my dd loved it.

I would go to places like Ikea and buy cups for 29p and plates around the same price.
Then look in places like Wilko or the pound shop for paints.
Good luck

Good idea, am going to start looking out for odd shaped stones and pebbles....saw them painting these on smart and making them into animals. DD would really like a butterfly or fairy to paint. Ive found some but they are a few pounds each. The acrylic paint ive seen is on baker ross and its £9.99 for 6 bottles. Then theres some kind of glaze to get.
