What's the name of that '3D' paint you buy in nozzled tubes in craft shops? It stays round in cross section when it dries?

You use it often to 'draw' with, such as outlines or to do writing on craft projects, and when it dries, it maintains its 3D look so stands proud of the page or canvas you're using as opposed to flattening out like thinner paint does. It comes in a vast array of colours inc glitter, neon and metallic is often on its own dedicated display stand in craft and hobby shops.
