Poundland also have a range of art and craft stuff. You may be lucky. Also Sainsbury's and other big supermarkets do art and craft . Do you have a Hobbycraft?

Rymans or hobbycraft? The works may have some, although not sure about lilac.

Paper chase?

Does it have to be proper paper? I know Card Factory does tissue paper in loads of different colours.
