Get a needle with a big eye and put some yarn through it. Then embroider them on. Alternative you can use a crochet hook to pull the yarn through the gaps if you don't have such a needle handy.

Get some felt - white circles with smaller black circles in the middle then stitch them on. Wouldn’t recommend safety eyes since they’d poke you in the head!

But the cream thing is the head/body of the spider . I really don't see the cream thing as a cone/horn. And what is meant to be the body then? Sorry! The knitting looks really good, and the colours are lovely, but I just can't get my brain to see that as a unicorn at all!!
