CE testing

I have started making small bags with either applique or machine embroidery on the front panel. Do these need to be ce tested. I cannot find clarification anywhere. Thanks in advance. x

There’s a list on this website of things that need CE marking. If it’s not on that list then no need to worry. It doesn’t sound like bags fit in any of those categories (unless they are intended for use as a toy) but please do check the list:
