Hello,
I would like to make a necklace using 6/0 seed beads. Ideally it would be a multistrand necklace. I understand that I can use a thread or a wire. If I use a wire which size of wire should I go for? Also, which size of crimp tubes and crimp bead covers should go with the wire and the size of the beads?
I want it to look professional. So far I haven't come across a website which would show me which wire/thread goes with which size of beads and other things like rings, lobster clasps etc.
Would be very grateful for any help. Apologies if I don't reply straight away as I may be away from the Internet soon.

Many thanks!

For my seed bead items I use the fine Soft Touch wire with 2mm crimps and 3mm crimp covers (they look like round beads when closed so it looks nice and neat). I have the Beadalon crimping pliers which fold the crimp in two, rather than just flattening it so they fit nicely inside the covers.

It usually says on the spool what type of beads the wire is suitable for ~ Beadalon is another one to look at.
