I'd be grateful for honest points to improve, or whether this is roughly how it should look.

I've managed granny squares and amugurami (although the latter does seem more 'rustic' than I would have liked) and have moved into other things.

This is the start of a windowpane scarf, so treble and half treble mostly.

Just wondering if it should look neater and sharper somehow. Or is it just practise. Some of the woolly hugs squares I see are just so uniform and neat and I feel a long way from that!

The sloths are from a free pattern on The Twisted Crocheter site

I think it’s lovely. I have done that pattern using Sirdar Hush yarn.... www.theknittingnetwork.co.uk/products/sirdar-hush-knitting-yarn-lace

Thank you again. Advice is much appreciated! I crocheted with wine through the gunpowder thing on TV last night and I was so busy counting and sipping I think I might have to watch it again as I didn't have a clue what was going on!!

Looks good to me :) I've also only done amigurumi and granny squares, anything with rows seen to end up wonky with me!
Just need to do a border once you've finished to neaten the edge and I think it'll good great, I like the wool you're using Smile
