2 metres of cotton lawn, what to make.

I have 2 m of blue flower print lawn which I bought to make a dress but decided it was too thin. Looking for your good ideas. It was expensive but in the sale so want to put it to good use. I've thought of dress or shorts and top for toddler granddaughter ( but think it is too flimsy maybe), or quilting it to make into something.
Just realised I also have 2m of cream flowery lawn as well bought at same time.
Looking forward to hearing all of your brilliant ideas!

Tablecloth, table runner and placemats, lined or tiered dresses/skirts, embroidered hankies for Xmas gifts, curtains

Pyjama bottoms and top, or a lightweight dressing gown?

Or a lined dress

Lightweight summer pyjamas for sure. I made the Grainline Lakeside Pyjama pattern recently which was lovely (but does involve making miles of bias binding!)

I like the idea of a lightweight dressing gown, definitely enough fabric for that.
Keep the ideas coming please, much appreciated thanks

I used this pattern to make a dressing gown recently. It worked very well with lightweight cotton. The only thing I would do differently is add interfacing to the belt as it does tend to scrunch up.

Although I just noticed it requires up to 3m of main fabric. However it is a generous pattern and if you're a small size you might be able to get enough out of your 2m.

Yes prob only need 2m as I'm short and wouldn't bother with pockets.

Or you could use the contrasting fabric if you wanted pockets.
