Choosing a sewing machine

I'm looking for a new sewing machine. I haven't used one for years so assume novice!

I thought I'd decided on the Janome 7025 in John Lewis then saw the computerised Singer Confidence 7465 in Dunelm for around the same price.

Any opinions welcome or alternatives for general purpose up to around £200.

Sewing machines direct. I bought my Janome there years ago on the recommendation of others. I got lots of free spòols and such with it.
Would happily use again . Free postage.

Thanks Primrose. I have gone for the Janome 525s from them considering the offer price, extended warranty and free extras.
