250-300g of Drops alpaca - what to do with it?

I have 5 full balls and one part used (not much) and I have no idea what to do with it.

It's the pearl grey colour and is really nice but I don't know what to with it.

Any suggestions?

(I'm on a self imposed clear out before I buy more yarn)

Child's sweater or cardigan- for your own, or niece or nephew - Christmas present, maybe? 0r would the grey look too school like?

It's quite a pink grey colour so not school-y

I should have said I'm a crocheter not a knitter.
